Get The Basics Down:

5" Half Ball is a beginner size for all Starter boards. Offering enough tilt for a balance challenge without overpowering a beginner. A great way to allow skill progression and add variety to exercises.

Balance On This:

You have the freedom to place half balls anywhere which makes each exercise unique. Keep it centered for an even weight distribution or place it to the side and work that side harder.

Place one half ball under the board to create a wobble board and have board tilt in 360o full rotation.

Place two half balls under the board to create a rocker board that will tilt in two directions. Balancing left and right, forward and backward or on a diagonal plane.

5 of 5 Great for first-time users January 10, 2019

I have been using other balance products for a few years and thought I had decent balance. The half ball humbled me fairly quickly. That being said, the half shape is allowing me to progress with practice, so I do not feel overwhelmed the way a ball does. I really like how two sides are shaved down a little at the base of the half ball so it fits better between the rails on my Skate setup.

5 of 5 Obsessively Fun May 2, 2017

This 5" half ball comes with lots of exercise suggestions. It has just enough stick to keep the board from sliding off and enough cushion to offer the feeling of being able to almost balance. I can't stop trying just one more time; the result is longer and more frequent exercise. This is so much better than any of my home built wobble boards.

I thought this ball would be helpful for a beginner--it is not.  What it does though is to isolate a particular leg
