Because I’d already become comfortable (more or less) on a single 6†ball, I was expecting the lesser progressions of half-balls and double balls to be “easy.†But I'm happy to report that it’s actually not so simple. The different combinations actually change the demands of the work quite a bit. For example, a single half ball eliminates the element of weight transfer, and therefore you must rely much more on the feet, ankles and calves to stabilize. I haven’t done much on two balls yet, it makes me feel like a total beginner again!
