Items Built To Order: Currently 3-5 weeks delay in shipping on some items

If we have all items in stock, we strive to ship your order the same day or the next day. You will receive confirmation when your order ships. We are still experiencing delays with inventory, production, and shipping along with an increase in customer service needs. Your patience is appreciated at this time.

Our Shipping Method:

We normally ship using the US Postal Service or UPS using ground/Standard Post for boards and large items. Shipping times can range from 2-8 days depending on your location in the continental US. Smaller items normally ship US Postal Service flat rate Priority mail with shipping times of 2-3 days. All items will have a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

Insured Shipping With Signature Required:

We ship all orders insured for the value of your order in case of loss or damage during shipping. You will have to sign for your order. The postal service will not leave your order on the doorstep.

International Shipping:

Yes, we use US Postal Service International Priority Please note some countries have size restrictions and we are unable to ship large items to you using this economical method compared to Global Express. Heavy Duty Boxes For Safe Transport:

Our cardboard boxes are custom made for Si Boards. We use a 275# pound burst test rated box with a double flap fold securely taped on all seams. Your board will not fall through the bottom. Quality shipping boxes are a must for these large and heavy orders.

Reusable And Recyclable Packing Materials:

We use a recycled box paper for packing and cardboard supports where needed. We pack the boards in tightly so they do not shift during transit. We do not use styrofoam, plastic air bags or packing peanuts.

Large Box Sizes:

Si Boards arrive in a tall box that stands on end. Large and heavy boxes can be slightly awkward to pick up. The following boxes sizes are used:

• 29" x 16" x 8" for Turbo boards
• 38" x 19" x 7" for Freestyle Original boards
• 45" x 19" x 6" for Freestyle Starter, Powder Starter and Surf Starter boards
• 48" x 19.5" x 9.5" for Powder Original, Surf Original, Commando and Ultimate Fitness boards
