It's Time To Move and Breathe with Ease!
This workshop series is designed to help you self assess your tissue and mobility restrictions that cause chronic pain, poor recovery from exercise training and avoidance to maintaining a healthy routine.
Pain is a challenging condition to manage and it can stop us in our tracks. We start to avoid the things we enjoyed, like playing with the kids in the park. We become less mobile and eventually, literally, have a hard time getting up off the floor.
For competitive athletes, the compressive loads and stress on the body requires tissue management to maintain high levels of function. Routinely, athletes are asked to "roll out" or "stretch" but they don't know how to do it properly and it's not effective.
So, here we go Si Boarders! Let me show you how to reverse the pain and feel unstoppable. This is the culmination of over 2 decades working with elite athletes, helping them maintain professional careers and helping you be your best.
Here is your progression!
Week 1: Foam Roller:
Learn where you hold tension, how to increase spine, shoulder and hip mobility, how to fix chronic pain and reduce soreness with this proper full body sequence.
Week 2: Breathe with Ease
Learn diaphragm and rib cage release, breath patterns for energy, relaxation, stress, anxiety and how to reduce fatigue during physical activity. Week 3: Decompression Cups

See you soon,
Elysia
